How it works:
Once the ShopSentric app is installed on your Facebook Business Page, all comments, posts, and replies will be forwarded to your mobile phone via text message. From there you can read and reply to them via just as you would if you were logged into Facebook.
Additionally, all direct messages from customers to your Facebook Business Page will be sent to your mobile phone via text message allowing you to have conversations via text just as if using Facebook Messenger.
You can end communication at any time by replying STOP or texting STOP to 48005.
